Liudmila Rubtsova is the founder of Ruby Pro Finance. She has over 15 years of accounting and controllership experience for public and private companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Bridgestone. She has broad experience with the US GAAP and IFRS requirements and ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Quick Books, and Oracle. Liudmila has worked as a staff accountant while successfully growing to the Manager and Corporate Controller positions. In 2020 she decided to focus her career in Public Accounting. She has earned and been certified with several International, European, and United States certifications (US CMA, Dip IFR ACCA, Russian Audit License). Liudmila obtained a CMA license in 2011 and a master’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 2019. Liudmila has a passion for helping clients, finding ways to maximize their savings, organize their books and bring them into compliance. Liudmila has extensive experience with taxes for individuals and small businesses.
